Just Released Shea Skins Ezine tells readers How to Use Common Foods and Household Products for Inexpensive Natural Skin Care...

Shea butter was all up in the news today, so I took the cue to go ahead and finish revising an article that I'd been working on, entitled:

Natural Skin Care - What's in Your Kitchen Pantry?

This article is featured in the latest Shea-Skins ezine and is all about foods and other good things that most people have right in their homes--products that can be used to moisturize the skin and help us all have a clearer complexion, naturally.

From avocado to olive oil, from strawberries and cucumber to vinegar, egg yolks, honey and water--all these foods and more can be useful in creating younger looking and younger feeling skin.

So go ahead and place that cucumber over your eyes to get rid of the puffiness. But do it now while nobody's looking:)-

I was also reading a piece of news that came out of a place very near to my old stomping ground in Accra(Ghana, West Africa). Well actually Tamale is a good distance away from Accra, but you get the point, they are both in Ghana.

It seems the government is being urged to promote the shea nut industry more vigorously in order to reduce rural poverty among people in three different regions of the country, particularly jobless women.

Well, this is Lo and I gotta go... 'cause I'm running for my life.

Hey...don't forget to love the skin you're in.
